Amoirie Perteet is a sound & media designer from Chicago, Illinois by way of Memphis, Tennessee. Based in Philadelphia, she is the Sound & Projection Engineer for Temple University’s School of Theater, Film and Media Arts. She has an MFA in Sound & Media Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Her work during her MFA candidacy was awarded the USITT 2025 Robert E. Cohen Sound Achievement Award. She is also a proud member of TSDCA. Recent and upcoming design credits include Junie B. Jones Is Not A Crook (Gainesville Theatre Alliance), Tenderly: The Rosemary Clooney Musical (Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park), and the regional premiere of The American Five (Berkshire Theatre Group).
